‘Having given thousands of golf lessons over a period of 48 years, starting from 1952, to golfers of all ages between 9 and 90, and ability levels ranging from beginner to amateur international and European Tour players, I have reached the conclusion that the most difficult aspect for both teacher and pupil is to impart ‘feel’ by example or verbal explanation.
In trying to learn movement and rhythm by traditional instruction, the brain becomes overloaded and this gets in the way of the natural athletic reflex movement required to make a sound, repetitive golf swing.
I have found that with regular practice, using the recommended techniques, the TRU SWING hinge club system really does (amongst other benefits) help the golfer create for himself the feeling of swinging the club on a correct plane which is one of the most important factors for a correct, repeating, golf swing.
Consequently, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending TRU SWING practice clubs to golfers of all levels. I am totally convinced that with regular practice, either at home, on the practice field or golf range, beneficial results for all golfers can be quickly achieved’.

As a current Fellow member of the British PGA and former European Tour player I have been lucky to have had access over the years to both the best coaches available and so called swing and teaching aids. Some out there are good, many just gimmicks whose use is often very limited.
By using the TRU SWING I have seen a great benefit for my own personal enjoyment of the game and excitingly for students when used as a coaching aid during lessons. I have seen numerous pupils over the years suddenly "Get what you mean" when words have been more difficult to interpret into feel.
TRU SWING, without doubt speeds up the learning process by quickly helping to impart the correct feel when working upon a particular part of their swing technique. All pupils whom I have worked with along with Tru Swing have been totally non-resistant to it as they have felt the benefits for themselves after just a few minutes work.
In my opinion these products should be in every driving range, indoor school or any teaching establishment where coaches are serious about seeing improvement. They should be the staple "must have" extra training club for every golfer. The products require virtually no intellect to use, you can hit balls outdoors or indoors, it doesn't really matter. By disciplined and constant use (along with PGA instruction if available) any golfer should be able to "Fast track" their way to better golf.

It's easy enough with modern technology to identify problems in the golf swing but I know from my own experience as a player and as a teaching professional, just how hard it is to put them right, sometimes changing the habits of a lifetime.
This applies to Tour players as well as handicap golfers and beginners, many of whom give up trying after attempting to master the intricacies of the golf swing.
I strongly recommend (and use) the TRU SWING golf training club which gives instant feedback leading to a technically-correct golf swing - without needing constant supervision to ensure that practice is perfect.
Once a golfer has learned to swing the TRU SWING club repeatedly, without breaking the hinge, it can be used to hit balls when practising. Many golfers have good swings without the ball but Tru Swing helps to acquire a swing which will work on the course.
The training grip is to be recommended and I use it on my Tru Swing clubs. A neutral grip is preferred and this acts as a reminder to us all.
